Press Release - For Immediate Release

Electronic Payments Launches Robust Online Merchant Portal -

Southampton, New York - January 17, 2005 - Electronic Payments has a series of secure, web properties designed to enhance service to both the ISO and Merchant. Its latest release entitled MSC - the Merchant Support Center - is a proprietary support center for merchants that will enable them to manage their entire account online.

For the first time, merchants will have a robust, online portal where they may view statements - both current and historical - view batch reports, EOM totals, deposits, terminal information and QRGs, view Amex and Discover processing volumes, and have access to their account's details such as checking account information and billing and shipping addresses.

The company's CEO, Michael Nardy comments, "I see this advance as a benefit to all those processing with EPI or thinking about using us as their preferred ISO. Being able to offer online reporting that is as robust, if not more, than the competition keeps us at the cusp of technological advancement in this industry."

This new addition to the suite of software offerings further solidifies EPI's commitment to use technology as a bridge to the future of payment processing and providing the support both ISOs and Merchants need. One of the key features of this software package is its ability to be co-branded or private-labeled with their MPS's or ISO's logo and contact information. As long as our partner sites are hosted at an EPI secured hosting facility, all the data on EMS can be hosted on nearly any sub-domain our ISO partners may own.

EPI will offer the full-featured MSC service at no cost to our merchants and ISO partners. For more information, contact EPI directly at 1-800-966-5520 ext 221 or visit
