Electronic Payments Acquires Several Web Properties

Calverton, NY – December 28, 2007 – Electronic Payments, Inc. (EPI) has announced the completion of a series of transactions resulting in the acquisition of several web properties tied to the businesses of EPI.

For the past several months, Electronic Payments has been in discussions to acquirer domain names procharge.com and electronicpayments.com from their owners, all of which are premium domains with respect to the business interests of EPI. Earlier in the year, EPI had also completed the acquisition of electronicpayments.net.

ProChargeTM is EPI’s processing plugin designed for Quickbooks® Basic, Pro and Premier 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. EPI will continue to market and license ProCharge through the use of the procharge.com domain name.

With respect to electronicpayments.com, EPI had previously been using an abbreviated domain, elecpayments.com, as their main domain for website and email. As of this release, Electronic Payments will begin using the premium domain, www.electronicpayments.com, as their main home page and email URL. Old email addresses will still function and route to the correct user.

Michael Nardy, founder and CEO of Electronic Payments, commented, “The acquisition of these domains will contribute to the strengthening of our branding efforts for EPI and will further solidify the brand of Electronic Payments in the marketplace.”
