Matthew Findlan
Chief Operating Officer
Matthew Findlan was the first employee to join the Electronic Payments team in 2001. Since that time, Matthew has been vital in managing day-to-day operations, including risk, underwriting, ISO support, inventory and collections. In addition to these duties, Matthew provides insight into Electronic Payments long-term business development and strategic planning initiatives. Matthew's versatility and leadership have contributed significantly to the company's expansion and profitability.
Megan Best
Vice President of Client Relations
As Vice President of Client Relations, Megan Best oversees all customer service and merchant relation business sectors. Megan initiated her career at Electronic Payments nearly six years ago and quickly became a key component to the company's growth and prosperity. Megan's knowledge and expertise in merchant accounts and network analysis has leveraged the customer service department into one of the largest, most effective divisions within Electronic Payments.
Jim Kimberly
Vice President of Technical Support
Jim Kimberly has been instrumental in developing and managing Electronic Payments technical support team, one of the company's key operational components. Since Jim joined Electronic Payments in 2005, he has transformed the technical support team into a 24/7 in-house operation, which boasts multi-lingual support and zero hold times. Prior to joining the company, Jim previously operated his own independent sales office. His extensive background in the bankcard industry is an asset to Electronic Payments and their ISO and Agent partnerships.
Valerie DeCrotie
Vice President of ISO Support
Valerie DeCrotie has nine years of industry experience and has lead Electronic Payments' ISO Support division since 2008. Under her leadership, the company has garnered the highest level of ISO/Agent/MLS support and retention in the industry. With a commitment to training, technology and superior service, Valerie develops and fosters Electronic Payment's invaluable ISO and Agent partnerships and ensures their success by maximizing partnership benefits and implementing profitability initiatives.
Amber Josi
Director of Marketing Communications
Amber Josi is one of the most recent additions to the Electronic Payments leadership team and oversees brand strategy, corporate brand identity and elevates Electronic Payments' innovative products and services within the marketplace. With extensive experience in communications and event management, Amber is responsible for all media relations, social media, public relation initiatives, conventions and exhibitions.
